Quantity Comparison in DI
The Quantity I versus Quantity II format built on a data set: compute each quantity from the table or graph, then decide which of QI greater, QII greater, equal, or no fixed relation holds — computing only as far as the decision needs.

The Quantity I / Quantity II format
Each question gives two quantities, both built from the same data set, and asks how they compare. The standard answer choices are:
- Quantity I > Quantity II
- Quantity I < Quantity II
- Quantity I = Quantity II
- Quantity I ≥ Quantity II
- Quantity I ≤ Quantity II
- no fixed relation (the data does not pin one of them down)
So the task is two ordinary DI calculations followed by a comparison. The skill is doing only as much of each calculation as the comparison needs.
